Harig Air-Flo Help

Wondering about the air fitting. Looks like a 3/8-24 thread. What does the fitting look like as far as an o-ring or any other info. I notice the outer bearing has a 3/16" hole for the air, does the fitting go into this hole some to keep it in place?

On my Harig, there are two holes on the middle of the body of the unit, the upper one is for the tilt handle, the lower one is for the air supply, it looks like it has a 1/4 NPT bushing in it with a 1/8 NPT connection for the air hose.
