Hardinge TM gibb lock

On my TM mill with a vertical head, I find that the Y & Z movements have a lockable gibb provision, but I see no way to lock the X movement, if needed. Any in put on what I view as a problem. thanks for any comments.

Have to admit, I don't see any on my UM.

Demonstrating my ignorance, however, what does the third one do?

Just a guess since I don't have a UM, is it the lock for the table swivel?

Ahh, could be. I've never had occasion to use the swivel.
