I sketched up a PCB with what I thing would be the most common keys for jogging and running g code under mach3. The PCB will fit where the old cover plate was.

Please critique my selection of buttons, am I missing something?

The Z axis hand wheel will be gone shortly, and the vertical stop can be shortened a bit.

If I were you I'd arrange the jogging as an arrow pad, just for easy of use

Besides that, one thing I wish I had on my setup was an easy "jog" and "machine" toggle, I have to screw around with setting the speed, and unsetting it, when a simple max speed/set speed switch would have been nice
