[How-To] Grizzly G3102 mill bearing maintenance

Even though it is not mentioned in the user manual, I am wondering if anyone has performed some kind of spindle bearing maintenance on the Grizzly G3102 milling machine. I have performed such action on the bottom bearing because I noticed it sounded dry, and found that it is not sealed and could be greased. But I have not done this on any bearing upward on the shaft from this. It is necessary to address?

Sealed bearings are preferable to non-sealed or shielded bearings. Have you considered replacing them?
The cost would probably be reasonable but you might need a press of some kind
