It came up in a private message that there are a lot of old indicators out there that could use new tips. There is a local(ish) company that makes indicator tips for just about everything I've hear of. The name of the company is "Carbide Probes" which is somewhat misleading, they also do ruby and other tips.

Now I just have to know what length that I need for some that are missing...Good find. Tim

Check out LongIslandIndicator.com a good source of info and parts. I've ordered from them many times and they have a good stock.
Authorized repair shop for Mitutoyo, Tesa, Interapid, Compac and others. That's always a good sign, when you see a shop listed on Tesa's website.
