GLOAT bought Quincy air compressor

Dependant on the internal condition of the compressor head and the internal condition of the tank, you **may** have scored a decent bargain.

I take it the overall cost is $127.65c ?

I'll let other comment on the suckle. It looks to be in pretty good shape (who needs belt guards, anyway?), but I don't understand why you would need a rigger to move & load it – it doesn't weigh anything:

I didn't see the fact that the tank has a hole in it. You didn't know this?

What about the 10ee? Don't you want another one? I suppose you/re the one that bid me up on the rotary table?

I thought about bidding on that RT but it looked too heavy for this old man.

I did go $2K on the 10EE. Only was going to take it if it was a steal. I already own two.

Still, that's a great price if you needed one. That new and metric change gears makes it a valuable lathe.

This auction had to only be a couple miles from you. My son is north of Elk River and he will pick it up for me.

I don't need one but I thought it might be nice to have. plus it had a taper attachment. Yes one mile away.
I think it's sort of sad that his cnc's went for nothing. They're both operational with no issues from what I understand. He makes Harley fork crowns.

looks like a nice commercial compressor but doesn't look like a Quincy. Quincy uses a brighter blue and everyone I've seen says Quincy in multiple places. I have an 80 gallon, 5hp Quincy also. but what do I know?

Yep, not a quincy air tank per description. I have only seen the same pics you have, but I sure think its an older quincy compressor.

Will not know for sure till I go get it.

Maybe ddickey has seen it in person, he's one mile away.
