[How-To] Gear diameter question

Thanks mate, I have some 4140HT of the necessary diameter for the smaller gear but not for the larger. I'll call Industrial Plastics and see what they have.

I use 6010 rod for weld buildups. Turns just fine. 6011 work work if you only have AC. Torch cuts are hard and will require carbide.
