I left a power washer out in the cold for a week and what I expected has happened. How do I go about repairing it? It hasn't broken any of the housings and water goes through it ,but it doesn't pressurize it anymore. What can I expect to find broken in this Troybilt pressure washer? Boot

With no cracked housings, it's probably the pressure relief valve stuck open.

If your lucky replace the valves. BUT I would guess the pistons made of ceramic material are broken. Could be a damaged relief valve also. Biggest problem in "repairing it" you don't know what is in need of repair. New pumps can be purchased for as little as $150, check out "WATER CANNON INC"
good luck
