Yes, 500 rpm is a bit on the slow side. Oh well, I am not suposed to be in a hurry now. Just retired last year.

Honda Trail 70's are pretty dated. You did very well on that trade, nice lathe you got there! Welcome to the forum.

Thank you for all your welcomes. Trail 70s can demand quite a price theese days. Mine were in fair condition. Maybe 1200 each. That said, I feel good about a fair trade.
