fly cutter how to ?

ok got some small grisly fly cutters , the cutting tools in them are blank and I'm drawing a blank as how to shape a cutting edge on them
anyone? or maybe a pic of what it should look like would be a big help

I was wondering the same thing when I wanted to try my hand at fly-cutting and I found this description of how to grind the cutter:

I've ground my own fly cutter bits, but it seems like this has been covered by others here. However, I recently bought a used Tormach. It came with their Superfly fly cutter. It uses inserts for either steel or aluminum. I was really impressed at 2 things, the removal rate and the finish. If you're planning to do a lot of flycutting, you might check it out. Also look some vid's on youtube. Just search "superfly cutter".

I was pretty impressed and thought you might want to take a look.
