File Cuts, Hollow Ground Bevels By Hand & Heat Treat - Part 3 of This Triple”B”S Knife Build

Mostly bench work in this vide and not CNC. I do all my file cuts by hand with a hacksaw and a chainsaw file with no layout. Gives it that true artistic look. I also grind my bevels totally freehand with no jigs. Makes each knife unique. The basic heat treat process is in here, I put together another video that I will get out next week with more details on the process to heat treat 440C and CPM154. Getting closer to test fitting these parts.
