My son bought a couple new additions to the shop because he got tired of fighting my old boring bars and 40 year old Mitutoyo dial test indicator (which still works fine, just a bit finicky sometimes). I have to admit that the old boring bars are pretty well gone after 25 years.
The indicator is a Türlen, never heard of that brand before. I assume it's Asian.
