Wow small dia., deep hole in hard material oh my. Use a milling machine if you have one with min. stick out of drill bit at first, as bit will go off center the deeper you go. Use a top quility bit and buy a couple in case of breakage and drill from both sides if possible and try to meet in the middle. Take your time and use coolant is what I would think would work without knowing the specs. of the part. Check with a supply house for there advice on what type of bit to use. I have drilled 24" long holes in plastic at 2" dia. with a special made bit and was a little off center, but did not matter.
Good luck,
Paul

Start with a shorter drill. No need to use the finished length drill at first. If you don't mind clearing chips very regularly, try an aircraft drill. They are not fluted all the way up.

I can't make out the print very well. If doing this in a mill, rotate the part 180 deg every 1/4" or so to help stay straight.
