Cutter RPM question/recommendation

First time with AlTiN and ball end mill cutter. Want to clarify the needed spindle rpm.

THE CUT: .055" to 0 at a 5 degree angle. Need to do this in both 4140 and an unknown stainless steel (both are pistol slides.

The cutter is a 1/8" (.125), 4 flute, 1/4" length of cut, 1.5" overall (Kodiak)

I know the basic formula but the speed did not make sense to me. And does the change of angle of the cut and removing less material have an affect? And how many passes at what depth should I be doing it at.

I appreciate patience as I am learning as I go (having fun)...

DOC depends on how rigid your machine and setup is. You just got to learn this by experience.
