Bandsaw Question.

That looks like a close copy of a craftsman. see if the blade is close 1/4 X 56-7/8-Inch Band Saw Blade

It does look very similar though it is a 10" Craftsman and mine is a 12". That just indicates the 'throat depth I believe. I'll check the blade length tomorrow. Thanks for looking that up.

may not be the best but take a roll the wifes 1/2 inch wide binding material, or something like that, Put it around the wheels and mark where it joins. Then figure out how much you need to take out for the tension then measure it. It is prob a standard size blade, so once you have the size look on line ad see what is close to it.

I'll take her fabric tape measure. It should give me a good length. Don't tell her!
