Bad Idea? LMS HiTorque 7550 (Mounting)

Do you people think this will be ok? Lathe just came last night. I wiil be bolting the chip tray to that tool cart and then will mount the lathe. The tool cart is 300lbs dry. When level there is almost no wiggle to the cart?
