I don't have any idea as to the answer to your question. However, assuming that Clausing handles their Clausing parts and drawings the same way that they do the Atlas ones, they either have some in stock, have some on order, or will send you a TIF or PDF of the original drawing.
Anyway, call Clausing @ 800-323-0972 and ask for or push the number for manual machines tech support and explain your problem. And if they have the pulley in stock, don't be surprised at the price. Just think back to the last time that you had to replace the brake rotors on whatever car or truck you drive.
