[Newbie] Atlas Clausing 10100 accessory

I inherited some accessory tools with an Atlas Clausing 10100 lathe. One is a “Holding Collet Set” that consists of a draw bar, sleeve and arbor. It was listed as No. M6-945.

Atlas 6-inch Accessories

I am missing the sleeve for the set and wondering if anyone has this accessory and if so would post a photo with some dimensions?
