Looking at buying a ARNO Horizontal Mill, don't know anything about it. And can I fit a vertical head to it? If anyone can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

I don't know and I have never owned or run one.
But I did see one for for sale in MW City near you and I did some research on it. I decided that its too big to fit in my shop.
While deciding I came across this page: http://www.lathes.co.uk/arno/
If a fellow could figure out what model it was that would go a long way toward finding out.

We had an Arno mill in our shop about 1959. It had been used a lot when we got it. I came with a vertical attachment but was a "booger" to change. We used it for several years and the only problem we had with it was the clutch. Parts were not available then so we had to lap the clutch plates and re-fit. It was just a large clunky mill and we finally replaced it with a Bridgeport around 1972. Hopefully it is inexpensive!
