I need a aluminum axle spacer for my road bicycle. Made from 3/4" round stock it needs to be approx 1-1/16" long with a 3/8" hole in the center for the axle. Now the cosmetic part... it needs 1/8" grooves machined 1/16" deep, 1/8" apart around the spacer much like the ring groove on a engine piston. So the spacer would be a series of grooves and lands the full length of the spacer. All this is so I can paint the grooves black and polish the raised lands. The dimensions need to be verified but are very close. It's a lath project for sure so I responded to you.
