Check your junk email box. I was waiting patiently for notification, and it sat in the local shipping terminal for a couple of days before I picked it up. The tracking email was stuck in my junk folder.
I had that problem previously, so I've been looking. I also asked them to call me when it shipped. I'm having the DRO added, and the toolpost changed, so I think they still have it.
