I have an AXA Aloris holder and holders but I don't have a parting & cutoff tool. I don't do a lot of cutoff but I have on occasion to cut off SS bar to make my own washers extra thick. I have a hard time getting everything right, speed, sharpening the flat cutoff tool, etc. Anyone with a tool and the inserts or the number for the inserts, I would appreciate it. If anyone would like to make some SS washers for me I need 3/4" OD with a 3/8" ID and 80 to 100 Th thick. I have been using a 3/4 inch bar and drilling a 3/8 " hole then cutting off at 100 th. I usually break my tool several times as I make about 20 at a time. If anyone is interested, let me know what you would charge for about 50 washers.
