g&e 16" shaper

I have a G&E 16" "Industrial" Shaper that I need to get back into service. Someone cut the electricals from the motor to the shaper, but that will be a different can of worms. I just dipped out 5+ gallons of what looks like motor oil from the base of the shaper and plan on refilling with diesel...
