Finally finished the splash shield for the lathe.
The coolant is all plumbed but the coolant line I bought off ebay leaks at every joint.
I popped it apart and there is a part line where the mold halves meet. Very poor mold tooling. I guess I better order some loc line instead of the chinese junk. Lesson learned.

Use 1/8" polycarbonate and just form it in place, it may also be bent with sheet metal tools. In this application it will not remain clear for very long unless coated like eyeglass lenses, been there and done that.
 
Great addition and nice implementation.
What plastic did you use? Did you bend it yourself, if so how?

Thank you - I just formed it inside the aluminum channel. Its only .093 Lexan polycarbonate so it bends fairly easy. I just bolted the flat end first and pressed it down to fit and bolted it down as I went.
