Recently acquired one of these and rolled it over for the first time yesterday, seems to run fine and no crunching noises, so, I'm Pleased so far.
It is, however missing the power feed, and I'm asking if anyone has ever done or seen a Bridgeport feed modified for a Cincy, and/or what may be involved in a modification like this. I seem to remember reading that it had been done for other type mills, but haven't heard or read about it being done for a Cincy.
I'm asking if anyone has done this or seen one that had been done, and what is involved in the modification.
or secondly, is there such a thing as a universal feed available and, third, how much of a project it would be to build my own if a Bridgeport mod isn't feasible.
Any help, ideas, suggestions or ideas will be appreciated.

I added a Servo power feed from a Bridgeport to my Millrite. I had to make a lead screw extension and a couple other spacers and simple things. It all hinges on the sizes of the existing parts on your machine. It is not a really big deal, but takes some thought and planning to be able to make the conversion simple, quick, cheap, and with a robust result. I was able to complete the project with less than $100 invested in it, and my time, which is assumed to be free. I have another old Servo unit to add to the Y axis when I can find a deal on another BP bevel gear. Both of the power feeds came to me without cost, in nasty condition but operable.

Interested in the same thing. I have a Toolmaster with a feed gearbox for the table but when I got the machine it was not installed. If if is repairable I'll use it but might need to replace with an electric power feed. I have heard of this being done before but never seen the final result.

Skyboy,
Should you want to sell your non-functioning Cincy PF please contact me.
My interest in Vintage superseeds my interest in the presumed advantages of a modern servo PF.
I may need to make gears, shifters, racks... who knows.
Regardless, I'm game as I'd like to mount them on my Cincy 1b when I tear her down next spring.
Well at least that's the plan... I need to scrape in the X&Y, need to check on the knee.

Hey Daryl, will do. I will take a look at it before deciding anything. Now that I have heat in my machine barn I can might find time to look at it this winter.

My Cincy 1B is gone. I replaced her with a 1D. I repaired the 1D X of. But sure wouldn't mind having parts or a backup. Or even additional axis pf.
