Please Let Us Know If There Are Other Manufacturers

Hi guys, I'm new here. Nice to see a site that will let people talk about 'Off-shore Machines' and 'Those Machines from Kalamazoo Michigan'. I have a 'King' mill but I don't think that it's from Taiwan. It seems to be of the Wais-King lineage which later became King Machine Tool Division of American Steel Foundries, Cincinnati Ohio, back in the 40's. It's manual spring-capped oilers, (just like my 1942 Atlas lathe) and its bulk and design lead me to believe that it's an old American machine. It's a basic stripped-down version of a larger machine and I don't really need any manuals but I would like to know more about it if anyone has anything to share. Thanks.

Elgin Mills (see avatar).
These are a spin-off of Hardinge when the company was bought and moved from Chicago to New York.

Alba Shapers. In particular the Alba 1-A which like the Elliot is a popular size for the home workshop.

Proxxon dont seem to be listed as a manufacturer. I have a very nice pd400 lathe from them, and used to have a small mill aswell

Should not Jet and Rong Fu be combined, since they're mostly the same thing?
