Mel Max - Ogawa

Anyone else use one of these ?

Mel Max Ogawa.......Not me, never heard of them, and even google doesn't tell me what it is your talking about.
I assume it's machinery.
Neither does my usual "go to websites" (lathes.co.uk, vintagemachinery.org)
Got any pics?

I'm sorry I guess I forgot to mention it's a metal lathe from the 60-70s era.
It's a rather large shop style lathe I!m guessing 1-2 ton, heavy enough to be delivered via flatbed tow truck.
I'll try and get pics next week it's at the shop and we are closed weekends.
