Motorcycle Parts

HOLY SH@T that looks neat love the detail & workmanship.

Been woIMG_0229.JPG IMG_0213.JPG IMG_0242.JPG IMG_0238.JPG rking on the carb adapter. Have to offset the two plates about 2". May have to use a 2" riser to the carb to allow the better flow between carb and blower. It's getting pretty high! May opt to notch the frame!

Wondering if you couldn't weld up a sheet-metal intake and have the Weber angled out the right or left side above the blower pulley. Mike

Instead of vertically? You may be right. Webers can be mounted horzionally I think.

Yes, they can. Pretty common orientation in fact. With the blower the intake tract isn't quite as critical either. Mike

The carb will need to be mounted in the orientation it is designed for. Webers come in both side draft and down draft versions, so you need to identify which type you have. The orientation is important since the float is a gravity device.

Oops, little brain fart there. Mike

I ordered a downdraft, that was initially the type I wanted to use.
