Here's another one for light duty ops . Dotco mini air grinder . I used this to make the first internal heart pump impellers for Johns Hopkins Hospital years back . My cnc lathe didn't have live tooling so I created it . I used the variable lead pitch thread cycle .Worked like a champ , kinda like a 4rth axis on a mill . This is the split clamp used to get it into your toolholder . You can make it very simple . Some different ideas for you to ponder .

Here's mine. Super high quality Harbor Freight die grinder. Actually works great. Used it to grind the taper in my 5-C collet chuck.
