I bought a set of DTM tool holders that included a cut off holder. The only info I can fide on the replacement blades are:

Blade 3/32"x 1/2" and I think it might be a "tee" type (?) Does anyone know of the part number for the blade that I need ?

Thanks!

Here is a picture of the holder:

I thought those holders took any x1/2" parting blade that you choose. Width is based on your preference, HSS or carbide is also your preference, T-top is your preference etc.

But I might be wrong - past experience shows a high probability in fact. So hopefully someone else will chime in and say yea or nay.

In the meantime, Little Machine Shop sells various parting blades in HSS/carbide from 8-40 bucks each and they have the T-Shaped tops also. You'll see a little dot in the description that says "these are sized P1N or "These are P1X." That size refers to the width of the cutter and is explained somewhere on that site I think.

I couldn't find the info before , but a with more detailed search, I found that I have to use the "T" shaped blades for this holder and nothing else. They are called "P" type. They make them from .04 up to 1/8. A little more pricey than the regular flat ones.
